Refund Policy
Inferno Beachwear – by Custom Inferno S.R.L.
All Inferno Beachwear items are made to order and personalized according to the specifications submitted by the customer through our 3D configurator. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference changes.
We are fully responsible for confirmed production mistakes or material defects that do not match the customer's approved order.
If there is a production error or defect
- Please contact us within 7 days from delivery
- Clearly describe the issue and include photos showing the defect
- We will review the case and, if confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or, if replacement is not possible, a full refund
Returns (only when approved for the reasons above)
- We will provide return instructions
- Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags attached
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Limitations
- Spelling, design, or customization choices entered by the customer are not covered and are not eligible for replacement or refund
- Minor color differences compared to the 3D configurator preview are not considered defects due to screen and device variations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the defect is confirmed
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (for bank transfers, we will request bank details)
