2. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the Inferno Beachwear website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in the version published at the time of purchase.

Purchases are regulated by applicable Italian and EU laws regarding distance selling and electronic commerce.

3. Products

All Inferno Beachwear products are made to order and may include personalized elements selected by the customer.

  • Product descriptions and images aim to represent items as accurately as possible
  • Due to the custom production process, minor variations in colors, positioning, or proportions may occur
  • Preview images shown in the configurator are illustrative

4. Prices

  • All prices are displayed on the website
  • The price confirmed at checkout is the final price for that order
  • Inferno Beachwear reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders

5. Order Process & Contract Conclusion

  • Orders are placed through the website checkout system
  • The contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation email
  • Orders are valid only after successful completion of the checkout process and payment authorization

Inferno Beachwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of technical errors, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments can be made using the methods indicated at checkout.

  • Transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems
  • Financial data is handled directly by authorized payment providers
  • Inferno Beachwear does not store full payment details

7. Production & Shipping

  • Production begins after order confirmation
  • Estimated shipping times are displayed on the website and/or in the cart page
  • Shipping times refer to dispatch, not delivery
  • Customers will be informed in case of significant delays

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods.

If a product is defective or non-conforming:

  • The customer is entitled to replacement at no additional cost
  • The issue must be reported according to the Refund Policy

9. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty for defects in conformity under applicable law.

To request assistance, customers must contact Customer Support and provide appropriate documentation (including photos when required).

10. Customer Responsibility for Uploaded Content

If the customer uploads logos, graphics, names, or other content:

  • The customer guarantees they own or have the legal right to use such content
  • The customer is solely responsible for any intellectual property violations
  • Content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, political, religious, or otherwise inappropriate will not be accepted

Inferno Beachwear reserves the right to refuse any order containing content deemed harmful or unsuitable.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Inferno S.R.L. from any claims related to submitted content.

11. Final Check & Preview Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review:

  • Names
  • Numbers
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Design placement

Once the order is confirmed, it will be produced exactly as approved.

Preview images are indicative. Slight technical adjustments may be made during production to ensure optimal print quality and adaptation to different sizes.

12. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted via email to Customer Support.

Inferno Beachwear will respond within 5 working days.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data is used exclusively for order processing, shipping, and customer service purposes, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the court of the customer's place of residence or domicile, if located within Italy.

15. Changes to the Terms

Inferno Beachwear reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to each order.
